How does your time at SPU connect to what you’re doing today?

Studying dietetics at SPU taught me the vital importance of proper nutrition for all people, regardless of their age or where they live.

Which SPU faculty or staff member made a difference in your education?

Dr. Gaile Moe was one of the most supportive professors I have ever had. She inspired me to think big about my career and equipped me with not only skills to be successful but also with a love of learning that has stayed with me until today.

What advice would you give to current SPU students?

Do a lot of informational interviews with people who have careers or specific jobs that sound interesting to you and visit places in the world where people live differently from you.
